State Chairman Family of the Year

Family of the Year forms should be submitted to the State Chairman by April 15, 2010 so recognition can be made at the State Convention and forwarded to Supreme in time for consideration as International Family of the Year. (Family of the Month recognition is not a prerequisite.)
