The Mission Statement of the New York State Charitable & Benevolent Program is the same as when our Founder, Blessed Father Michael J. McGivney founded our order. Foster good works through our First Principle - Charity. Monies raised through the C&B Program allows our State and Local Councils to donate to their various charities keeping his dream and vision alive.
